Counsellor in Training

Those campers who excel at Outdoor Leadership may be chosen to enter the Counsellor in Training program for this summer. This is a unique volunteer program created to prepare our talented youth to be quality camp leaders in the years to come; CITs spend a portion of their time being mentored in the cabin environment, as well as learning how to teach and lead at our activities. Our CITs develop advanced skills in group dynamics, leadership, role modeling and communication. Our CITs often become our best staff members when they return to be counsellors in their future summers.
